You thought I had forgotten to write an article for this month! Ha! (I did forget, blame life I guess…)

This episode, I guess I’ll call it that, will be based around an alcohol-free drink! This is to follow the trend ‘Dry January’.

I have never done Dry January so I can’t really have a valid opinion on it. However, I am going to give my opinion. So before I do that, I want to say the following:

I am very proud of everyone who is just doing a month of going alcohol free! You got this, I believe in you all! I’m also especially proud of people who want to stop smoking during January. BIG love!
